TOKYO, February 9, 2007 - Taiheiyo Cement Corporation announced today that
Nihon Ceratec Co., Ltd. (securities code: 5345), a consolidated subsidiary,
has revised its financial results for the fiscal year ending on March 31,
2007.
The effect of the revisions on the consolidated financial results of Taiheiyo Cement Corporation for the fiscal year will be negligible.
