Municipal waste incineration ash washing systems are a technology that uses water washing to remove chlorine contained in municipal waste incineration residue and make use of the resulting product as a raw material for cement. We have established and implemented desalination technologies that are suitable for incineration bottom ash and incineration fly ash with varying chlorine concentrations and physical properties.

In addition to design and construction technology for concrete pavement, we develop different pavement technologies, including pervious concrete pavement which has excellent permeability and noise reduction benefits, and technologies that allow the road to be open for traffic promptly. Through these technologies, we contribute to promoting a wider use of, and improving the quality of, concrete pavements.

TAIHEIYO CEMENT introduced the latest X-ray computed tomography (CT) equipped with a loading device in order to deepen the development of new materials and diagnostic techniques that help the operation of social infrastructure. This system can capture three-dimensional images of changes in the internal structure of a sample caused by deformation/destruction.
