Taiheiyo Cement Group is actively expanding its use of real estate in an effort to make effective use of its land holdings around Japan. We are involved in leasing land for office buildings, large commercial stores, leisure facilities, distribution warehouses, and other structures as well as in developing land for residential housing. The value derived from using real estate is now more important than the value of mere ownership.The Real Estate Business operates a diverse business encompassing the various companies of the Taiheiyo Cement Group.

We provide engineering services for a variety of construction material manufacturing plants, notably cement plants. We have recently been expanding into peripheral businesses related to the environment. We are also putting effort into providing consulting services overseas.

We offer a wide range of IT solutions, including system development, operations, and maintenance, AI/image recognition, weighing control systems, network and cloud services, and information security measures. We deliver optimal technologies and services to a broad range of customers, including manufacturers, to help them achieve digital transformation (DX), and contribute to improved operational efficiency, increased productivity, and the creation of new value.

We focus on developing high-value-added products that leverage our proprietary technologies. In addition to phosphate-based fertilizers, we offer chemical products such as synthetic cryolite, as well as construction materials and related products. We also manufacture silicon carbide using abundant hydroelectric power resources and supply it to the semiconductor and related industries. We are working to create new value by meeting the needs of a wide range of industrial sectors.

We are also engaged in businesses that add richness to everyday life and support a healthy lifestyle, including sports clubs for refreshing the mind and body, tennis schools where it is fun to take group lessons, and golf courses with dazzling greenery.
