International Business

In our international business, we manufacture and sell cement at four plants on the West Coast of the United States, one each in Vietnam, the Philippines, and Papua New Guinea, and seven plants in the Pacific Rim. In addition to the export of cement and clinker from Japan and trilateral trade, we are also developing a variety of businesses, such as increasing the handling of bulk materials.

In the United States, four plants in California and Arizona produce cement. We also manufacture and sell ready-mixed concrete on the West Coast. A subsidiary established in the United States uses Taiheiyo Cement's Group network to import and sell high-quality cement to meet market needs in North America.

We operate businesses across Asia and Oceania, in addition to our core operations in the United States. We have cement manufacturing plants in Vietnam and the Philippines, a clinker grinding facility in Papua New Guinea, and terminal operations in Taiwan and Singapore. In Indonesia, meanwhile, we are expanding our business, including trading operations, through a capital and business appliance with the country’s largest state-owned enterprise.We will continue to build supply systems tailored to demand in each country, contributing to the development of social infrastructure and the advancement of recycling-based societies.
