More effient operation of Incineration fly ash washing and desalination system
Municipal waste incineration ash washing systems have been used successfully for more than 10 years. Our current systems already have sufficient desalination functions, but we developed new system for more stable operation and less running cost.Procedure comparison
Better maintainablility and less cleaning frequency
Process problems caused by soluble components in Incineration fly ash occur in dehydrators and wastewater treatment equipment, requiring frequent maintenance. The improved system greatly reduces maintenance frequency and recovers substances with potential environmental impact in the form of cake, making it possible to process safely in cement kilns. Since the technology uses cement kiln exhaust gas (CO2), without using chemicals, both environment impact and cost are minimal.
Wastewater treatment operation stability improvement and cost reduction
In order to further improve wastewater treatment operation stability, the system uses embedded monitoring of standard oxidation‐reduction potential (ORP) and reflection of monitoring results in operation control. This makes wastewater treatment conditions easy to confirm and enables cost reductions through appropriate use of chemicals.
Reduction of adverse effect to cement kiln
Since the Incineration fly ash undergone washing is utilized as raw material in a cement kiln, the more the water content, consumes greater the amount of fuel consumed. Our improvements to the dehydrator and transport processes can reduce the amount of water content in cakes, reduction of the prossible fuel consumption.
