1. Clinker sampling
Some clinker and cement are used as samples when performing measurement and analysis. These samples are conveyed from the production line to the online analysis room via a pneumatic tube.
2. Distribution to various devices with robotic arm
A robotic arm is used to deliver the samples to devices such as the crushing device and the press in pre-programmed order, preparing them for measurement.
3. X-ray diffraction
Finally, the prepared samples are delivered to the X-ray diffractometer, and the mineral X-ray pattern of the sample is measured.
4. Mineral composition calculation
The measured X-ray pattern is analyzed using Rietveld analysis, calculating the mineral composition of the sample. The entire process, from sample arrival to the completion of mineral composition calculation, takes just roughly 10 minutes.
5. Transmission of data to the central control room
The data obtained in the online analysis room is immediately transmitted to the central control room and fed back to cement manufacturing process management.
